Christine Hopkins
President, CEO &
Majority Owner
Christine Hopkins is the President, CEO and Majority Owner of ASCI family of companies, including ASCI Federal Services. She has been with the organization since 2013.
Christine has a passion for leadership development and the well-being of the ASCI team members. Christine leads the organization with the philosophy of doing the right thing, even when it is not directly in our best interests. People first, profit second.
Scott McCoy
VP of Technology Development & Co-Owner
Scott McCoy is the manager of the Information Technology department and has been with ASCI since 1999. His responsibilities at ASCI include all aspects of IT operations and software development.

Scott grew up in the hills of Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. While in Tennessee, Scott started his career as a database administrator and FOCUS developer.
Kenneth Hopkins
ASCI Federal Services Consultant & Co-Owner
Kenneth Hopkins is a minority owner and a consultant for ASCI Federal Services. Ken is a former Army First Sergeant who served 21 years, retiring from Ft. Wainwright. During his Army career he spent time as Light, Airborne, and Mechanized Infantry; a Drill Sergeant and Drill Sergeant Leader; and retired as a First Sergeant of an Anti-Tank Guided Missile Company.
Rosita Johnson
Business Development
Manager
Rosita Johnson is the Business Development Manager of ASCI and is in charge of the marketing strategy and expanding client base in commercial and government sectors.

Rosita joined ASCI in July of 2001 while finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems. She started as a Data Entry Intern, and eventually progressed into procurement and inventory management leadership roles.
